Renowned for their eclectic blend of bass-heavy genres, they seamlessly merge elements of house, grime, garage, and drum and bass, creating a distinctive sound that captivates audiences worldwide. Since their emergence on the scene, they have gained widespread acclaim for their innovative productions, DJ sets, and remixes, earning spots on prestigious labels like Black Butter Records and Shogun Audio.
Challenge
My Nu Leng needed a defining design to help get them off the ground and create a visual identity that would turn heads on flyers, posters and merch. We wanted to create an identity for them that took up space in the industry and be the one to watch out for. They needed an ambitious visual identity that paralleled their bold sound to drive a loyal fanbase.

The main idea behind this design was to create something distinctive and dynamic to showcase energy and ensure their visual identity matched their sound—different and bold. We opted for angular shapes that encapsulate the text, adding an extra layer of dynamism to the type. By designing something clear and legible yet with a touch of extra character, we crafted a culturally relevant aesthetic that helps shape the artist's brand, establishing them clearly on releases, flyers, and merch. The angled lines not only enhance visual appeal but also create striking audio visuals for performances, taking the design off the digital realm and onto the dancefloor and continuing the excellence.
